UPS & USPS ARE NOT HONORING THEIR MONEY BACK GUARANTEE ON SHIPPING UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

This means that shipping is non-refundable on orders unless there is an error on our part. Although we do our best to ship your orders as quickly as possible, this does not mean we are responsible for shipping your order the same day it is placed. Please allow extra time to receive your merchandise.

Expect delays in shipping time. Both UPS and the USPS are experiencing delays. UPS does appear to be more consistent than the USPS, and we recommend UPS whenever possible.

Return & Refund/Exchange Policy

Unless any of the packages have manufacturing defects or there was an error during shipping by the company, we do not accept any changes or returns after the sale has been completed and payment has been processed.

Additionally, the packages must remain unopened. In the event that these conditions are met, we will gladly exchange the product for either the same item or another of equal value, subject to availability in the store at the time of the exchange.

Out of Stock Merchandise?

If an item on your order is out of stock, we will attempt to contact you by phone or email whenever possible.

You will be given any available substitution or replacement options at this time. If you do not respond within 24 hours, your order will be shipped as is.
