We ship via USPS & UPS
UPS & USPS ARE NOT HONORING THEIR MONEY BACK GUARANTEE ON SHIPPING UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
This means that shipping is non-refundable on orders unless there is an error on our part. Although we do our best to ship your orders as quickly as possible, this does not mean we are responsible for shipping your order the same day it is placed. Please allow extra time to receive your merchandise.
Expect delays in shipping time. Both UPS and the USPS are experiencing delays. UPS does appear to be more consistent than the USPS, and we recommend UPS whenever possible.

We accept returns and exchanges on un-opened packages within 7-days of the order date.
If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
We will contact you with instructions on how to return the merchandise for a refund or replacement.
Out of Stock Merchandise?
If an item on your order is out of stock, we will attempt to contact you by phone or email whenever possible.
You will be given any available substitution or replacement options at this time. If you do not respond within 24 hours, your order will be shipped as is.
